Routine checks
What to inspect
Before a wash
Look for hose damage, damp fittings, kinks, loose connections, or anything blocking ventilation around the unit.
During water flow
Confirm the front window shows the normal blue light and visible bubbles. A flashing red light indicates the unit needs attention.
When away
For an extended absence, unplug the unit and washer and shut off the washing machine's water supply.
Desiccant dryer
Replace the cartridge when the beads turn pink
How to check it
View the desiccant through the vertical side window. New beads are blue; moisture saturation changes them to pink. Replace the cartridge when all visible beads are pink.
How to replace it
- Disconnect power and shut off the water supply.
- Squeeze the dryer door slides and pull the assembly out.
- Depress the locking tab and slide the cartridge upward.
- Install the replacement cartridge, confirm the gasket is seated, and reinstall the door.
Troubleshooting
Simple checks before requesting service
| No blue light or bubbles | Check power, cold-water flow, 40-75 PSI pressure, hose direction, and the flow-rate dial setting. |
|---|---|
| Flashing red light | Stop use and contact the dealer or technical support; the fan or oxidation module may not be operating correctly. |
| Water leak | Shut off the water immediately. Inspect hose washers and fittings; do not operate until the leak is corrected. |
| Reduced performance | Check the desiccant color, water pressure, water quality, hose kinks, and washer setting. |
